Samantha Moredo is the baking enthusiast. Her dream is to use her knowledge gained from her studies at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts to fuse French and Filipino baking techniques to create a unique and exotic menu of desserts. She specializes in Artisan products, Pastries, and Desserts.

Andrea Moredo Benson, the woman behind FiliChateau's Creative Marketing & Design, has an eye for luxe visual and graphic design. She also has a big heart for philanthropy. It is her dream, as business allows, to make FiliChateau a channel of blessings to people in need through organizing fundraising events and efforts that will not only bring people together for the good food, but also for the opportunity to support a cause.

Vilma Moredo, the mother, a seasoned and successful business entrepreneur, is the Planner, Organizer, and Controller tasked with strategically positioning FiliChateau to understand and cater to the needs of its target market. She has started building inroads to her existing clients at TheraV, her flagship business which, in a manner of speaking, will also be the "Mother" of FiliChateau. Friends and relatives are very kind to offer their help. As in TheraV, God is the anchor and foundation and CEO of FiliChateau.
FiliChateau will create a cozy, luxurious atmosphere that ushers people into a relaxing and refreshing new experience of celebrating and creating memories with its tasteful ambiance and exotic flavors the world will discover soon enough.
