PARIS-BREST
Paris-Brest was invented in 1910 by the pastry chef Louis Durand. It was named after two cities in France - Paris and Brest. We fuse this with Yema, the Filipino custard candy ball which is made with egg yolks and milk. Yema, which originated from Bulacan province in the Philippines, is among the most loved delicacies especially among children.
