PECAN ROLL

Pecan Roll is a swirl of dough covered in rich caramel and topped with fresh, toasted pecans. Although the earliest Pecan Roll recipes originated in Sweden, today the biggest consumers of this pastry all over the world is the United States where 80% of the world's supply of pecans come from. This has become a staple food among Americans who typically take it with coffee for breakfast, or consume it as an afternoon snack.  But there are bakers, ourselves included, who seek to find the golden mean which actually suits the vast majority of Americans. We have introduced our own unique style and concoction, and are extremely elated when our American friends, who are familiar with many kinds of Pecan Rolls, largely concede that ours is among the best that they have tasted. As such, we have come to consider our CINNAMON PECAN ROLL as our Signature Pastry.
