This version of the original "Tarte des Demoiselles Tatin", named after the 2 Tatin sisters that originated and served it in France, is puffy, flaky, light and buttery, with fruits and nuts, and has sweet dough for tart shell. It has a crumbly, biscuit-like texture that will whet your appetite.
